Mediterranean Varietals, North Carolina Terroir
We specialize in old-world varietals rarely found in the United States. Our vineyard is home to:
- Assyrtiko – crisp, mineral-driven white from the volcanic soils of Santorini
- Malvasia Bianca – fragrant and soft, with delicate floral notes
- Aglianico – robust red, often called “the Barolo of the South”
- Negroamaro – bold, dark, and full of Southern Italian personality
These grapes thrive under our Carolina sun, producing wines that are dry, food-friendly, and refreshingly unique.
Our Process: From Grape to Glass
Every harvest is done by hand. Every fermentation is monitored with care. We use small-lot production methods to preserve the purity and integrity of each varietal. No shortcuts. No additives. Just honest, expressive wine.
