Grapes We Grow

Our estate vineyard is home to a curated selection of Mediterranean classics:

• Assyrtiko – Native to Santorini, thrives in dry, warm climates; crisp and mineral-forward
• Malvasia Bianca – Ancient white grape with floral perfume and lively acidity
• Aglianico – Late-ripening red with powerful tannins and aging potential
• Negroamaro – Deep-hued and structured, with a rustic, earthy charm

Each varietal was chosen not just for its uniqueness, but for how beautifully it adapts to our local climate and soil.
